1. Check Our Return Policy
Before initiating a return, please ensure that your item meets our return criteria:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days from the delivery date.
- The item must still have the original tags and packaging intact.
2. Request a Return
To request a return, follow these simple steps:
- Log in to your account on LabubuMart.com.
- Go to the Order History section and find the order that contains the item you wish to return.
- Click on Request Return next to the relevant item.
- Fill out the Return Form by providing the reason for your return and any additional information if needed.
If you do not have an account, you can still initiate a return by contacting our customer support team at support@labubumart.com.
3. Free Return Shipping Label
Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a free return shipping label. This label will be sent to your email. Print it out and attach it to your return package.
4. Pack Your Item Securely
- Carefully pack your item in the original packaging, if possible.
- Make sure to include the original invoice or packing slip with the returned item.
- Seal the package securely to prevent damage during transit.
5. Ship the Return
Drop off the return package at your nearest shipping carrier (e.g., USPS, UPS). Use the prepaid return label provided to you. Please keep the tracking number for your records.
6. Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. You will be notified via email once your refund is issued. Refunds will be credited back to your original payment method. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
